Product Usage:

This machine is suitable for two-layer multiple composite of roll shaped film materials such as BOPP, PET, PVC, PE, aluminum foil, and paper, producing high-quality packaging materials with high strength, high freshness, and resistance to cooking.

Product features:

1. The host coating and composite are dual axis synchronous frequency conversion and feedback.
2. The thickness of the adhesive coating is selected by a scraper and a mesh roller.
3. The whole machine adopts three-stage tension control, all of which adopt fully automatic constant tension control system.
4. The feeding and flipping dual station rack allows for non-stop material replacement and pre-set tension for shaft replacement.
5. The feeding adopts an automatic correction system.
6. Double station rack for material receiving and flipping, automatic material replacement, and pre-set tension for shaft replacement.
7. Mobile scraper, pneumatic back pressure device.
8. Three stage independent constant temperature heating tube heating hot air system, suction and exhaust device, strong inlet and exhaust air force, thorough drying.
9. Air top oven and film penetration operation platform, with active synchronous operation of guide rollers inside the oven.
10. Composite substrate preheating device, composite product water cooling device.
11. Inflatable retractable scroll.
12. The composite adopts a three roll pressing method, which ensures more uniform pressure and stronger composite.
